These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rylix iOS application (“Rylix,” “the App”). By using Rylix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Rylix is a lifestyle and personal style companion that lets you:

• Plan occasions on a calendar and log daily looks
• Maintain a personal wardrobe and seasonal capsules
• Post looks to a local Scene feed (title, story, photos, optional voice notes, outfit tags)
• Track streaks and weekly missions
• Purchase Glint (virtual currency) via Apple In-App Purchase and spend it in Glint Shop on convenience and cosmetic items
• Create local profile details, color palettes, rotation plans, and share-style assets such as digests or passes as implemented in the App

Rylix is designed as an on-device experience. Content you create is stored locally on your device and is not provided as a multi-user social network operated by Rylix servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements of the App Store for your region. The App is not intended for children under 13.

3. Accounts — Quick Login, Logout, Delete Account

• Quick Login creates or restores a local session. On first use, Rylix may generate a random local username and password stored only on your device.
• Logout ends your session; local data may remain on the device.
• Delete Account permanently erases Rylix data stored in the App on that device (including posts, media, wardrobe, capsules, Glint, inventory, and credentials) and returns you to Login. This action cannot be undone.

You are responsible for activity on your device under your local session.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the App or Apple’s commerce systems
• Misrepresent purchases, Glint balances, or shop entitlements
• Upload or capture content you do not have the right to use

We may refuse support or recommend removal of the App if these Terms are violated.

5. Virtual currency and in-app purchases

5.1 Glint

Glint is a virtual currency usable only inside Rylix. Glint has no monetary value outside the App, is non-transferable between users, and is not redeemable for cash.

5.2 Purchasing Glint

Glint packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Prices are displayed by Apple in your local storefront currency. The App lists packs in price-ascending order and includes standard and bonus packs (product IDs com.rylix.p1–com.rylix.p8 as configured in the App).

Payment is processed by Apple. Rylix does not store your payment card information.

5.3 Spending Glint

You may spend Glint on items offered in Glint Shop (for example streak protection, temporary capsule slots, mission rerolls, and cosmetic packs). Item effects apply as described in the App. Consumables are used when activated; cosmetics may be equipped from Inventory.

5.4 Refunds and restores

Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies. Rylix does not provide a separate “Restore Purchases” control for Glint. Glint balances and inventory live on device; deleting the App or using Delete Account may remove local balances. Contact Apple Support for payment or refund questions.

6. User content

You retain rights to content you create (photos, captions, voice notes, and similar). By using the App you grant yourself the ability to store and display that content within Rylix on your device. You are solely responsible for your content and for any permissions needed to capture or import media.

Scene comments and similar interactions in the current App are local/simulated features and do not create a hosted public community operated by Rylix.

7. Intellectual property

Rylix, its name, design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you. Apple, the App Store, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.

8. Permissions

Certain features require Camera, Microphone, Photos, notification, or tracking authorization. Denying permission may disable related features. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. You are responsible for backing up your device as needed.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYLIX AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR GLINT PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS (USD $10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may Delete Account or uninstall. We may update or discontinue features. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence and by Apple’s App Store terms where they apply to in-app purchases, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
